There are only 4 precious stones on earth: the diamond, ruby, emerald, and sapphire. All other gemstones are considered to be semi-precious natural stones because of their beauty and in some cases, rarity. Some semi-precious natural stones are literally found in only one location worldwide.
Because these semi-precious, or “natural” stones are cut from stone formations, they have unique colorations, veining, thickness, and shape. We hand-grind and hand-polish each stone to ensure the best mount when they are selected to be set in the jewelry piece you choose.
